Definition of PowerPoint viewer

The POWERPOINT VIEWER is a program that runs PowerPoint presentations on computers without PowerPoint installed. The PowerPoint Viewer can also be used to run multiple presentations, one after another, from a file called a play list.

NOTE 1: PowerPoint Viewer must be included on the same disk(s) as the presentation.

NOTE 2: The Viewer does not support all PowerPoint features, such as animated builds and branching.

NOTE 3: The PowerPoint Viewer can be freely distributed, without any additional license.
